From the artist’s notes and a folder of her past texts, a first draft lands before install morning. She edits in fifteen minutes instead of writing from blank. Forty-odd exhibitions a year, each one easier.

The weekly veg box, planned by the weather.
Harvest forecasts, members’ preferences and last season’s data, assembled into a one-page plan the farm manager approves on her phone before the truck leaves the yard.

Enquiries come in by email; a costed draft goes back the same day. Same-day response rate went from 28% to 81% in six weeks — nobody learned a new system; it drafts into the one they already use.

Plain notes
We're two people.
Adam and Kerri. We do the work. No account managers, no "delivery pods". If we can't help, we'll say so.
We like small.
Four to eighty staff is our range. Galleries, farms, workshops, clinics, family firms. Places where the owner still knows everyone's name.
We stay in Margate.
Studio on the Old Town square, near the clocktower. You're welcome to visit — the coffee's decent and the light off the water is famously good.
